ABOUT
I grew up in Telluride, CO, and am fortunate to raise my family here with the same amazing opportunities I was afforded as a child. I am an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast, and I am intimately aware of the toll our lifestyle takes on our bodies. The mountains have given me endless joy, and I cherish the ability to explore and play in them with a healthy, injury-free body.
I have always been passionate about learning about the human body. I pursued this passion at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where I earned my bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology. I've spent years as a personal trainer and currently coach for the Telluride Ski and Snowboard Club. I've held Health Fitness Specialist certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and Wilderness First Responder certifications from the National Outdoor Leadership School. I also hold a current CPR certification.
After suffering an ACL tear in 2019, I discovered the power of manual therapy to help tap into the natural intelligence of the body and promote healing. At that time, I was working in sales, but I decided that my true calling was to become a manual therapist and help people heal their bodies and discover their highest potential. In 2025, I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® as a certified Rolfer®.
